If you have families who are currently served by the MFTD Waiver, please print and give them this flyer (color) or this flyer (no color). We need to have as many families as possible working together to overcome the changes to the program.

We understand that there has been a gag order to not disclose information on changes occurring to the waiver to families. We also understand that there have been violations of HIPAA by accessing private information on families unrelated to treatment.
